I would suggest that you update your will since you live in Florida.I have read a number of New York wills and most of them state that you are a resident of New York and where you live which your case is no longer true. The updated floida will also helps cut off any attempt by the New York state income tax authorities to claims you are New York resident and still subject to New York income tax. In an updated will and healthcare power you can change the addresses and persons you want to act in those capacities. If you need legal help updating these documents send me an e-mail with your phone number to discuss further. My law firm is doing business as a regular law firm in person but we also offer virtual law firm services through mail, e-mail, and in person. I hope this information helps you.
