Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
As the named Trustee of an estate how do I tranfer the title to a piece of real estate to the daughter of the settlor(now deceased)? The piece of real estate is in the name of the Trust, which is left to the daughter.

You do this through the use of a Trustee's Deed. You need the assistance of an attorney to do this correctly.
