Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Help Needed! Bank Account

Short and to the point: My Father had a Bank account which he added my sister to shortly before his death. She was added to the account in order for her to pay his bills and the issue now is that he left no will and she's on all his accounts. What can the rest of us do? could we dispute this? She's trying to keep all of his money and assets!

Yes, you can dispute this; there are a number of theories but they usually come under the label "undue influence". You would have to file a suit seeking to set aside her being named on the accounts. However, I can't speak for other attorneys, but I would expect a minimum retainer in the five figures (over $10,000) before filing such a suit. They tend to be long and expensive. It depends on how much is in the accounts; it might be worth fighting over a half million dollars; it might not be worth fighting over a couple of thousand dollars. You need to contact an attorney, run the facts past him and get an estimate of what it would cost.
