Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My neighbor started pool construction and almost finished it however recently we found that he did violate association committee standards regarding the pool accessories equipment installation.

Construction has been approved by the Committee Management. We have already sent an emails with complains to Committee Management. Besides that we have not gotten any answers yet and construction phase still continue. What step we do need to take next to make sure that the reinstallation would take a place.

Your question does not make sense.

If the neighbor is violating deed restrictions or rules of the community you need to send registered mail complaints to the management committee and to the neighbor.

You may have the ability to bring a derivative suit against the association for not enforcing the rules.

But your facts are not clear.
