Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Notary Seal on all pages of will?

I have had a living will made out and the notary only sealed the final page. Do all pages need to be sealed? (It would seem so easy to change previous pages if other pages are not sealed or dated).

Re: Notary Seal on all pages of will?

Florida Probate Code (FPC) The FPC does not require each page of a Will to have a notary seal. As long as it is properly notarized at the end of the will and properly witnessed (2 witnesses) then it is properly executed. A notary seal is also not required to be on each page of a Living Will.
