How do i obtain a copy of a will, of a deceased relative?

It depends if you are considered an interested party. One who is entitled by law, or by the Will to receive.

If you are, then you can request it from someone who has possession of it. If it is in the Probate Court of the county where the decedent resided, then contact them. If it isn't with the Probate Court, and someone who has it refuses to rightfully give you a copy, then you have to petition the Probate Court to deposit the Will and obtain a copy.

In Florida, a will must be filed in the probate court within 10 days of the decedent's death. The will then becomes public record. If the will has been filed, you can check with the probate court in the county the decedent last resided.
