Your claim will be dictated by FL, SC, and PA law. The "caveat" means warning. You should retain an attorney in your jurisdiction to help you.

It would appear that your claim should be sent to the probate court which is the county court in the county your father lived in prior to his death. From your description I don't have an exact understanding of what claim you have against your father's estate. I do probate work and litigation in this area as part of my law firms services to clients. If you want to e-mail me your phone number I could call you to discuss this and clarify your situation. If you don't use me I would recommend a consulting a Florida lawyer who has experience in this area.
