Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
how can i oppse my fathers will ? i am the only surviving child, but my niece is named as executor. what legal rights do i have to oppose the will or having someone else named as executor ? how can i obtain some of his personal belongings ? i'm in s.c., my niece is in pa., my father passed away in fla. thank you.

If your father didn't leave you anything and was competent to make the will you have no rights to his property.
