Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

how can i oppse my fathers will ? i am the only surviving child, but my niece is named as executor. what legal rights do i have to oppose the will or having someone else named as executor ? how can i obtain some of his personal belongings ? i'm in s.c., my niece is in pa., my father passed away in fla. thank you.
