Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Ownership of a bank account

A good friend of mine put my name on her checking account before she passed away. The name reads Mary Smith or Jane Doe. She did not leave a will and her estate (house) is being probated. Does the estate have any claim to the money in the checking account?
