Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Parents borrowed 75k at 6.75% interest in June 1994 in FL. One parent passed July 1996. Other parent passed August 2011. Today heirs being sued from June 1994 till present on original 75k plus interest. Mortgage was held in a trust, that's why heirs had no knowledge of debt. Trustee of trust was also admin in probate, but failed to name debt to heirs. I am a heir and responded with answer to summons served. Can I win case or will jugment be made on me?

You should not be handling this matter yourself. The beneficiaries of the trust and the trustee may be responsible. More information and a reading of all documents is necessary.
