My parents both died, they had their house, only asset in a living trust what do we have to do to sell the house. They lived In Florida and the home is a homestead. They don't have a lawyer

Who did the trust leave the house to? Most real estate agents can advise you as to selling the house as the title insurance company will inform them of how to title the deed at the time of sale.
