Parents Estate

My parents have a will with me only child named. I live with some one (not married) do they or could theyhave any claims to my estate?

I also own a home do they have any claims here I live in Fl

I would add to the previous answer that you need to make sure you do not re-title

any assests into this persons name or anyone else.I suggest that you set up a simple estate plan to document your situation. If you would like me to assist you e-mail me a phone number to call you.
