when my parents passed they left 5 acres to 7 kids, i am the only one paying the taxes can i have their names removed and have the deed titled to me? i have been living on the property for the past 10 years and paying the taxes.

No, but you can bring an action against them to either pay up, or try to seize the property. However, since you are getting the benefits of the property by living there, they may have the right to claim a right of set off or a defense, i.e, you exclusively use the property so you pay the taxes. Kind of an unwritten agreement. So your argument may not work and you actually could be put in the position to buy them out.
Mr. Kaplan is correct. Consider what you would pay if you were paying rent. They are entitled to rent since you are getting the benefit of the property.
In a similar situation, a client entered into an agreement with his siblings for transfer of
their interest in real property to her by quit claim deed which resolved the issues and
avoided family feuding.
