My parents passed away, left everything to their trust My brother, sister and I are co-trustees.My siblings are trying to cut me out of the trust based on this part "Office of trustee" Action by majority of trustees Any action taken by a majority of the trustees in office shall be binding on this trust and third parties may rely on such action.Signatures of a majority of the trustees shall be sufficient to transfer or encumber asets" "On another section of the trust it reads "Administration of trust estate - Remainder" "the trustee shall distribute the remainder of the trust estate equally to the three children".My brother sister and I They also want $500.00 left to their church. My parents leave their estate to all of us and a gift to their church but a majority can decide not to do that? Am I cut out?
