Our parents past away theres no will a probate needs to be done theres 5 living siblings can one sibling be appointed trusty of the property or do all 5 siblings need to be present to do a probate

They may elect to have one of them handle the process. Normally no one is required to actually go to court. Even the attorney may be able to handle the entire process by mail, so any Florida attorney can handle it even if not located in the county where the decedent lived..

I agree with the earlier answer, but wanted to expand on it. You didn't mention the amount of the property or if the estate has any creditors. It may be possible depending on those answers to complete an expedited probate process, called a summary administration.
