Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My parents quick claimed their propery to me and everything is in my name. I gave them living rights to the home. I did not go thru a lawyer for the rights part just wrote something up. But, it is with the quick claim at the court house. Do I have any right to propery, Thank u

I understood your parents Quit Claim Deeded the property you. I don't know what you mean by giving them living rights. It sounds like a Life Estate. I also don't know what you wrote up, but to find out, you need to take everything you did to an attorney to review.

It might be good, or you might have done some damage. Hopefully correctable damage.
