Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Someone passed away, condo not mentioned in will, he left me contents of safe deposit box., if deed to condo is in the box does this mean condo is mine.

No. Also why do you have the contents of the safe deposit box. The only reason to open it now would be to obtain the will for probate. If you have the will, then you need to probate the estate. If you need help and are in my area, please call for an appointment. Having taken possession of assets prior to the probate of the estate could lead to theft and possibly jail.
