Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Can a person make a trust for their daughter to get the house and all its content have it noterized and not have to use an attorney and does it need to be filed with any gov agency.

Although a trust can technically be created by an individual, it is not recommended that they do so because of the many legal requirements. I would recommend that you see an attorney.

It does not need to be filed with a government agency, but I would recommend that you consult with an attorney to make sure that you are doing things correctly. Regards,
