Personal property of decedent who is entitled to?

Unless it is distributed in the will or provided separate writing it would go to residuary in the estate

If there is a will, then the property would be distributed according to the will. If there is no will, then it gets distributed according to intestacy law as governed by state probate laws. The Personal Representative has the duty of distributing the assets accordingly. You can contact the Personal Representative and/or his/her attorney if he/she is represented by one.
