I am a Personal Rep of an estate in Florida, I just found out that Medicaid has filed a claim against the estate, Can Medicaid come after me personally?

No, so long as you have been responsible PR following fiduciary requirements, you are not personally liable for Medicaid liens or other claims.

Your attorney representating you would be able to give the best answer.
However, the answer should be no, unless you fail to pay them when they have a legitmate claim, and instead disburse the probate assets to others that are lower on the priority list.
