Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Personal Representative
My dad died, and has a will & named his son Personal Representative. Does he have the power to handle pretty much everything? His name is on my dads bank accounts - so should he closed them and start up a new acct to pay bills with, etc? do we need to do Probate? do we need a lawyer if all three kids agree on who gets what? Can he sell the home?

A probate is required.
