what can you do when the personal representer steels money from estate, does this reresent a reason to over turn will, lawer who is in charge of trust says let it go can will be over turned

I would ask the court to remove the current personal represent, reimburse the estate for the lost funds and discharge this attonrey - that was bad advise.
