petition the court to set aside will

my father passed june of this year, his attorney has yet to deposit the will to clerk of courts my father owns a business, i'm sure it owes people moneyand people owe it money and many other assets land, c.ds etc. my stepmother says she gets it all. thats fine except i would like it proved to be valid in court. depositing it would alleviate that doubt . I don't believe we as his children , should just take her word . please advise

Once the will is filed for probate you will be able to see it. There is a procedure to compel filing.
