Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Hi, I have a PoA for my mother who is unable to hold a pen to sign her name and would like to create a new PoA that will add other members of my family as designees and my question is, what do I do to get the NEW PoA signed since I would be signing a document for my mother that would give me PoA rights?
This is a little confusing since I already have PoA rights, the only thing that I would like to do is update the PoA document but my mother is not capable of signing the "new" PoA document.
Thank you for your help,
Bob
