Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Power of Attorney

My entire immediate family is going on a trip. They are also my beneficiaries. What Power of Attorney Form designating someone to handle all my affairs would I need to fill out in case that an accident resulting in the entire family's death should occur?

Re: Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is only effective while the maker and the recipient are both alive. If you give a power of attorney to someone and then die, it is no good. The same if someone gives you one and then dies. A power of attorney is a lifetime document. Wills and trusts are the documents which dictate things after a person has died. I am not sure if this answers your question, but it is the best I can do as you phrased your question.
