Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
power of attorney
My parents primary residence is in the state of Pennsylvania. We have a signed power of attorney & will/directive of healthcare specific to the state of Pennsylvania. My parents typically spend the winter months in Florida. Can the PA contracts be used in the event something happens while they are in Florida? Please advise.
Sincerely,
