Is a POA done in Tennessee recognized if the person moves to Florida?

So long as it is valid where made, Florida will honor it; however you might want to upgrade to a Florida Durable Power of Attorney; less bother and continues to function even if the maker becomes incompetent. This can avoid the need for a guardianship.
