Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

How much power does an executor of a will have?

Does an Executor of a will have the power to personally distribute monies that have been willed to individuals named in someone's will?

Or do those monies come directly from a trust fund set up and established by the writer of the will?

Thank you

The executor(pr) in florida distributes the assets to the beneficiaries either persons or trusts for persons.

Many people set up a trust so the assets can be distributed to the beneficiaries without the cost and delay of probate court. If you need assistance in this area send me a e-mail with your phone number. It is possible to reduce the cost of transfer 6-9% of the value of an average estate.
