Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
So, a PR with an attorney would know; not to file this: ORDER OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL, FIRST DISTRICT TO PAY FEES OR INDIGENCY, without paying the filing fees or an affidavit supporting your inability to pay, correct? The PR's attorney would know to pay the fee for filing an appeal with the courts, right? What person does this? Waste!! Are they trying to show the courts they are just not smart and can make dumb mistakes, being a PR? The objections are in to remove the PR, from another inheritor. So the PR and their attorney are appealing a judges order for pay to another attorney's inheritor. Wow. They will see through this. Thank you.

Hard to say what they do or don't know. Appellant has to pay filing fee or seek waiver
