Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
the PR and their council stole a solar farm a few days before the parent died, took 100% ownership of it and then acted like it was the beneficiaries telling them they could not build it, remember there is grant money, and put their PR's solar farm that was concealed on the other beneficiaries income taxes and had us pay their tax. I need an attorney now. I have no money. I need help now. Please help us. Is this legal?

It depends on how the transfer occurred. You don't provide sufficient facts. If the transfer was appropriate before death, then the assets don't belong in the Estate. If undue influence occurred and it can be proven, then a claim may exist by the Estate to bring the asset back into the Estate. You need more facts to find an attorney willing to review the matter.
