Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

What happens when the PR transfers assets into a trust a few days prior to the death of the descendant, and it is incomplete, so it was signed for the descendant by the PR acting as their attorney in fact and then signed by the PR's attorney and witness to carry out? All our inheritance was stolen. Where do I turn for help? Does the DA get involved?

You will have to retain counsel who must investigate as to where the trust was created properly and if there was undue influence involved.

I answered your question with Mr. Stein but I would like to also add you should contact the Florida Bar and file a complaint and have them investigate this attorney and his actions. He carries malpractice insurance and if it is found that he violated his fiduciary duties you will be able to recap your loss though his insurance. I am so sorry to hear of your loss and of this situation.
