What is the precise wording format for titling an Estate Bank Account in Florida and what is the precise wording format on checks printed for such an account? Thank you.

this is a question for the attorney for the estate. normally it is titled in the name of the Estate with the personal representative as the signer. most such accounts are restricted so checks cannot be used. if it is unrestricted then check with the attorney on how to title.
