Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

When you're in Probate Civil, and you are in a Court Trial and you are entering evidence to the Court, and you have exhibit 34 page 1 through 33, but you only use page 9 through 12, do you enter the exhibit 34, 9 through 12 or the whole exhibit to the Court? And, does it need to be labeled for the Court in the order you enter it? I'm having to represent myself, and I'm trying to figure out how you enter evidence into the Court?

impossible to answer this question without knowing specifically what exhibit 34 actually is. in all likelihood the entire document has to be admitted and appropriately entered into evidence. the court will mark the exhibit once the supporting testimony for its admission is provided.

I agree with Barry Stein however, under the statute in Florida, you can not represent yourself in probate court. YOU MUST have an attorney.
