probate court on estates

i need to file an SEPERATE ACTION against my grandsons estate. the attorney for the estate objected to my claim against the estate for monies due to me.how do i file a seperate action. no one will help me on the way to do this.

If you have filed a claim against an estate and have received an objection to that claim from the Personal Representative or an attorney representing the estate, you have a VERY limited time to bring a lawsuit to enforce your claim or your rights are lost. It is most likely you will have to retain a Florida Attorney to assist you. I suggest you contact a Florida Attorney as soon as possible.
