Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Probate estate

I would like to know how we can get this problem settled and distribute the estate everyone involved has agreed to the amount they will be receiving and we are still going to have to wait another 90 days. I am having financial difficulties now and need the money to pay my bills if it cant be settled any sooner i would like to get a partial payment can i do this

The personal representative can file a petition for partial distribution. Generally, the court will allow some of the monies to be distributed if the estate has ample monies left for any potential liability it may have.
