When in probate and new evidence has been discovered, after pretrial, can it be brought in and shown to the Judge or not? Thank you.

Pretrial implies that the matter is set for Trial, usually done under a Court Order. You need to abide by the Order. If evidence was not previously available or discovered, it likely needs to be brought to the Court's attention asap. Discuss with your attorney
