my father diead in january of 2008 and iam his blood son and my step mom and half sister live in the house iam in dcf custody and my father diead without a will what am i entiled to?

The spouce receives the first $60,000 plus one half of everything else. The "other" half goes to the lineal decendants (his children) to be split evenly. In short, unless there is more than $60,000, you get nothing.
