Moms will says all assets wherever located shall be divided three ways among her children. One child has three large acounts payable to her on Moms death. one child gets 240K and the oher gets 15K Help?

The easy answer to your question is that the will pertains to only to "probate" assets. Accounts that are "payable on death" to a beneficiary are not considered probate assets.
In some instances there are issues of undue influence being used to have the money put in to POD accounts or even forgery of names. But this is usually difficult to prove. If you have concerns about this you need to talk directly to an attorney as soon as possible.
