Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I am in probate and I've been ordered to find an attorney or be my own attorney. I cannot find an attorney and I am chronically ill, am I allowed to sign a durable power of attorney and let someone be my voice at any hearings, trails?

No that won't suffice. Hire an attorney. If you have a viable claim or interest the attorney can be paid from that.
