Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
If you're in a probate, Does the PR have to list all the joint accounts with them and the decedent or not? They admit they are only on the Joint account to help if needed, that the accounts were the decedents only and they made no decisions for the money.

Joint accounts by survivorship are not included in a probate estate. Joint tenants in common, the decedent's share would be included in the probate estate. The transfer by survivorship occurred upon death.
