Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
If you're in Probate, and there's property to sale with court approval, do you get an appraisal before the property's listed or after you have a potential buyer, or do you get the appraisal when you list the property? What's best? Thank you, CC

You would likely need the appraisal before listing as you cannot just pick a number out of the fair for the property value and asking sales price. Suggest you work with an appropriate real estate/probate attorney
