Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Probate Question
My uncle in Florida died last year. There are 5 heirs, one is a nonfamily. Following a review of uncles' bank accountants, we have found 60-80 thousand dollars in checks that were written for cash. Many of the checks were signed by the nonfamily heir and deposited in her personal account. Is there a statue, law or Judges ruling that would determine these deposites to be a loan?

Re: Probate Question
No.
You should have your Florida Attorney look into this further. It could be a case of financial elder abuse.
