Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
While in Probate, if the State Attorney appears, do they tell the Judge they are present in the hearing scheduled? Do they inform the court before they appear or do they present themselves at the hearing scheduled in Probate?

Without more info it is impossible to answer. Generally those in attendance announce who they are and why they are there. It is up to the Judge how that is handled. Was the hearing in open Court or in a hearing room? If in open Court it is public and anyone can attend. if in a hearing room you normally need to clear your entrance with the Judge's staff. No impact on the case for failure of someone to announce their appearance.
