Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I went through probate to get my name on the title on my husband's home mortgage loan. The mortgage company sent me forms to transfer of ownership because of my husband's passing. I received a Change of ownership & escrow assignment & a Simple assumption agreement form. I have never done anything like this before & the Mortgage company will not help fill out these forms so that it can be done properly. I am stuck.
