Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

probate will

a division of property was written and dated before the will, and no mention of the property was in the will. which doc rules.

also, one reciprecant of the will is in prision for stealing the money of dead person and will be there for a long while. does he still get a share?

1.Without reading the agreement , no one can answer.

2. yes, subject to any claim the estate may have against him.

The will controls and, yes, the person in prison can inherit from the will.
