Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My 25yr old niece is the only living relative (daughter) of the deceased owner of real property in Florida.She has talked to several lawyers who want at least $900. before they will help her. She works at a convenience store and cannot afford this amount.Her father never had a will drawn up;a social worker, as well as myself; heard her father state that he had to draw up a quick claim deed to protect his daughter. He ran out of time.Please help her; she does not own a computer and does not know what to do that is why I am asking the question. Hermother is also deceased.Thanking you in advance.

The estate must be probated so she can obtain proper title to the real estate.
