Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
While in a probate/civil case, if the DA says they're coming, does the Judge ask who's all here/ who's present, does the State/DA tell the Judge that the State attorneys office is present also?

DA? Defense Attorney? District Attorney? Sorry but your question is beyond confusing from a legal standpoint. You say coming you mean attending a hearing? everyone who is present and is related to the case should announce themselves. In Probate typically you are not allowed in the room unless you are part of the case.
