Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
probate,realestate,no will
unmarried companions own house jointly with right to savival clause. one has just died.both have adult children.what needs to be done now,and what are there rights under florida law thanks!

The house becomes the property of the surviving partner and passes without probate.
