Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

mom passed on 9/15/07.I am her

only child,dad passed years ago. She

was well off,& left me a 50,000 dollar

annunity. Her 1/2 sister gets

everything else. There's more to the

story but for now I have afew basic

questions. 1 am I entitled to know

the full value,worth of her estate?

2.Do I have a right to see original

copies of wills &Revocable Trust, all I

have seen are Restatements, &

Amendments. My mom lived in

clearwater fla. My aunt lives in N.Y.,

where she is a paralegal for Wills,

trusts,etc. 3. If there was no probate

can I still challenge, or contest it?

You can contest anything but will have to prove either that (10 your Mom was incompetent or (2) her 1/2 sister unduly influenced your Mom into whatever was done.

If there is no probate, you will have to file a lawsuit.
