Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

probate,wills estates ,etc...

my father passed in 2007,he had told me he had over $300k in stocks,now i find the ameritrade acct has only $80k-how can i get the last three years of statements.my brother is the exec & my fathers new wife both of which have not spoken to us since the death in march.who do i hire or find out if any other things have been taken

this sounds deadly serious. if the probate took place in Florida, then you will need to go to the Court which appointed your brother as executor, and demand information. You will have to follow the Florida court's rules; you will need a Florida attorney.
